I need some help

If anyone has a contact in the Army National Guard, please help me "encourage" my son in law, who has for all intents and purposes abandoned his children. His feeble attempt at child and spousal support is just enough to starve on. These children have no health care benefits at all. The worthless pile of runny s***t has an outstanding balance at every doctor, and dentist in town. We will do what is needful for our babies. There is no question regarding that. I see no need for the scum to get away with this.
I need to find his unit, and that units commander. We need to talk. I am sure motivation is available.

DW - first off, your daughter knows his SSN, correct? OK, here goes - call the local ANG, of whatever state he's of their Guard - ask for the Commanding Officer - tell him/her of the issue - if that person is less-than-helpful, ask for their superior - keep asking for the next person up the chain of command until you get someone who tells you "I'll find out and get back to you within 24 hours" and calls you within 24 hours to tell you the ANG is cutting a check and will continue to send your daughter the money as long as her "husband" is in the ANG - they will then deduct the monies from his pay ................... that's how it should work .................... that's how it would work in the Marine Corps .....................

Not only that, but if he's active right now his children are covered under TRICARE for their medical.
These sorts of weasels really piss me off. For 16 years I kept current with my child support and made sure my daughter had her ID card, even though she chose not to have any further contact with me than that.
If you really want to see some action, get in touch with the Command Sar'nt Major.

Let us know if you're having any luck. I'll see if I can find any other useful suggestions.

Good Luck, DW. That waste of skin doesn't deserve the title Dad. He's lower than pond scum. He's down there with the duck and fish excrement that settle to the bottom of the pond.
Sic 'im!

You want to see military unit jump through hoops?? "Congressional Inquiry". Write your congressman. The last thing a unit commander wants to see is a Congressional Inquiry cross their desk.
