As Hillary Clinton’s Senate confirmation hearing begins today, a major news organization reveals that the future Secretary of State intervened at least half a dozen times on behalf of her husband’s donors including the manufacturer of a controversial cervical cancer vaccine linked to 21 deaths and thousands of adverse reactions.

Clinton regularly used her power as a New York Senator to intervene in government issues directly affecting companies and individuals that gave hefty sums to Bill’s presidential foundation, according to the international news group that obtained official correspondence of the acts through a public records request.

Among those that benefited from the senator’s clout is pharmaceutical giant Merck, a member of the Clinton Global Initiative and manufacturer of Gardasil. The highly controversial human papillomavirus vaccine has been linked to the deaths of at least 21 young women and girls and nearly 10,000 adverse reactions including life-threatening effects such as paralysis, severe circulatory problems and seizures.

Judicial Watch has uncovered extensive Food and Drug Administration (FDA) records detailing Gardasil’s serious side affects and published a lengthy report outlining the crisis associated with the vaccine, a top seller that has generated more than $1 billion in revenue for Merck. The report as well as the FDA documents, obtained through the Freedom Of Information Act, can be viewed here.

Incredibly, Hillary pushed the U.S. government to approve the use of Gardasil in females ages 9 to 26 by writing a letter to Health and Human Services Secretary Mike Leavitt in 2005. To purchase its coveted spot on the Clinton Global Initiative, Merck has dished out tens of thousands of dollars in the last few years. Company officials insist they never communicated with either Clinton about passage of their extremely profitable vaccine, however.
Hillary also wrote to the FDA on behalf of another major Clinton Foundation donor (Barr Laboratories) that makes the emergency contraceptive known as the morning-after pill and the Federal Communications Commission to advocate for a benefactor who is the chief executive of a New York-based communications company.

The Commerce Department and the Long Island Power Authority also received letters from Hillary pushing for the controversial projects of an energy company that gave her husband’s foundation at least $35,000 in just a few years.

These alarming interventions by a powerful elected official at the very least raise ethics issues. They may also be predictors of Hillary’s future activities. There’s no telling what she may push for—on United States Secretary of State letterhead—on behalf of her husband’s wealthy donors.

How can this woman shrug off the death and illness of thousands of other women? I guess they don't really mean that much to the voting demographic, or she thought no one would find out.

Smartest woman in the world? I'm thinking not. Else she wouldn't get caught at this junk.

Ethics problems? She doesn't have any ethics, so how can they be a problem?

The biggest problem with McCain is he's a RINO

A federal appeals court has ruled against a group of American college students challenging a Kansas law that grants cheaper in-state tuition to illegal immigrants because they attended high school in the state.

I guess because you have cheated the system the first time that makes it OK to do it again, and you get a discount! What the hell is that idiot thinking, Oh, sorry, I forgot a liberal judge, he was emoting, not thinking.

N.J. Illegal Immigrant Sanctuary Protects Murderer

Dozens of cities across the nation have proudly become illegal immigrant sanctuaries, but officials in one municipality are pondering the status after a Peruvian man with a felony record massacred three college-bound students.
Had authorities in Newark New Jersey contacted federal immigration officials after illegal alien Jose Carranza’s first felony indictment last year he would have been deported and therefore prevented from murdering three innocent youngsters in a schoolyard this month.
Instead Carranza was released on bail, despite being charged with raping a 5-year-old girl and aggravated assault and weapons violations. This week he was charged with the gruesome execution-style murders of three college-bound students, ages 18 to 20.
The shootings evidently pushed Newark authorities to violate their sanctuary policy and contact federal immigration officials who had not been previously informed about Carranza’s crime spree. If they had, Carranza would have placed in removal proceedings after his first felony arrest in October 2006.
Does this mean we can prosecute them for criminal negligence?

Official “HillRaiser’’ Norman Hsu has been a fugitive from the law since the early 1990s when he accepted a three-year prison sentence in California for grand theft but instead disappeared. Hsu received the jail time for cheating investors out of $1 million to purportedly operate a business that never existed.

Thanks in part to her husband’s $10 million speech income Hillary Clinton’s latest Congressional disclosure report illustrates an astonishing financial transformation since the couple left the White House in 2001 burdened with millions of dollars in legal fees.
The disclosures (posted on Judicial Watch’s website) reveal how the former president made more than $10 million last year delivering speeches worldwide at corporate retreats, trade group gatherings and motivational seminars.
In 2006, Bill received an average of about $180,000 a speech and he collected nearly half a million dollars for a single talk to a London financial forum in the latter part of the year.
The Clintons’ assets are worth up to $50 million and Hillary is one of the wealthiest members of Congress running for president although she lags behind Republican Mitt Romney, a former venture capitalist who is worth between $190 and $250 million.
More than $3 million of the Clintons’ earnings came from a company (InfoUSA) being federally investigated for selling databases of sick and unsuspecting elderly to scam artists. The company’s owner, a wealthy entrepreneur named Vinod Gupta, has donated millions to Bill and Hillary’s campaigns and last year paid the former president $3.3 million worth of “consulting contracts” as well as $900,000 in travel expenses.

Is it just me or does this sound like payouts to a figure head for a scam, or one scam artist paying another for tips? I can't imagine how far I could travel on 900K, who are they kidding?

After the first dust up in the Gulf I was asked if I would care to attend a class to certify new NRA firearms instructors. For free. The cost for the rest of the world was around $260 a person.

No brainer, I'm in!

I met some of the Special Ops folks that made that excursion the success it was. They were pupils, looking for a resume line for post military life. One character in particular, sort of stood out. I shouldn't say a lot about him because he would be too easy to find, based on the superlatives attached to his name. Let's just say his resume made James Bond look like a girl.

He's the only person I know of who looks on getting flash-banged in training, as something to take in stride.

We struck up a conversation regarding the weapons in the room, that we brought for the range session, and show and tell. I brought an HK93, he brought an AR 15 with an entry light. He was completely amazed that I hated the HK. I wasn't raised on ghost ring sights, and they just don't work for me. Additionally the curve at the rear of the action fits your cheek bone nicely to line up your eye with the sights, and give you a black eye after a long day at the range. This was in the era of the import ban, and the price of the HK was up to about $850 by then. He had financial reasons for wanting to swap, I had personal reasons. He is the generous sort and left the entry light attached. I added the Aimpoint scope. His comment, "If the other guy has one and you don't, by the time you can aim, you're shot"! 'Nuff said!

So I now own an AR-15 with a forward assist and barrel for the heavy NATO .223, with entry light and Aimpoint. I would love to have a holosight, but maybe later. He also threw in enough 30 round clips to give Billary the hives.

Hillary Picks La Raza Leader As Campaign Co Chair

The former president of an extremist group that organized many of the country’s disruptive pro illegal immigration marches and advocates the return of the American Southwest to Mexico will co-chair Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.

Best known for his radical pro Chicano work during 30 years as president of the National Council of La Raza, Raul Yzaguirre is being promoted by the Clinton campaign as a prominent Hispanic activist who will lead the New York senator’s outreach to Hispanic voters.

The reality is that Yzaguirre alienates many American citizens of Hispanic descent (in other words, those qualified to vote) with his so-called La Raza rhetoric, which has been repeatedly labeled racist.

The National Council of La Raza describes itself as the largest Latino civil rights and advocacy organization in the United States, but it caters to the radical Chicano movement that says California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and parts of Colorado and Texas belong to Aztlan.
The takeover plan is referred to as the “reconquista” of the Western U.S. and it features ethnic cleansing of Americans, Europeans, Africans and Asians once the area is taken back and converted to Aztlan.

While this may all sound a bit crazy, this organization is quite powerful (thanks to Hillary’s new campaign co-chair) and annually receives millions of dollars in federal grants. Its leaders also managed to get included in congressional hearings regarding immigration. Last year alone, the National Council of La Raza received $15.2 million in federal grants and one senator gave the group an extra $4 million in earmarked American taxpayer dollars.

The organization uses the money to support projects like a Southern California elementary school with a curriculum that specializes in bashing America and promoting the Chicano movement. The school’s founder and principal, a Calexico-educated activist named Marcos Aguilar, opposes racial integration and says Mexicans in the U.S. don’t want to go to white schools or drink from white water fountains.

The silly season is upon us, two years early.

Goodie, lots of things to post, rant, giggle about. The stupidest thing I have heard so far is Howard Dean the God Father of Donk lunacy, demanding that anyone apologize for something they didn't say,but implied.

Now, that's funny, I don't care who you are.

You can line them up and destroy the credibility of any of them easily, allowing that the persons listening have any sense of fairness at all. Teddy Kennedy stated that it was perfectly acceptable to misstate an opponents position and then disagree with it. In simple words, make up something, argue about it, get it in the news, and then, pretend it was unintentional. In simpler words, lie and then blame the other guy.

The Hildebeast is writing a memoir, but she has denied for years having a memory of crucial facts. If you have a defective memory how can you write a memoir.

Check the ranters at the premier Donk/Liberal websites, I suspect you will find a lot of gutter language, and rants about any Christian or conservative, or Republican. You will find very little fact based conversation, mostly emotional outbursts, indicative of severe frustration, because they don't get their way.

John Edwards was forced to fire a upper level webmaster because of anti christian posts, on her site not his.

The Global Warming mythology has brought attention to Al Bore, and the Ambulance Chaser because of their extravagant lifestyle. Hey, if you can support it, go for it! Just don't tell me that I can't because you don't think I should. So that means you are better than me?

It goes on and on. I will not question the patriotism of any person or group, I will call into question the ethics and morals,not to mention how their mother raised them, of any liar I cross.

Got a problem with that? Just so no one can question any thing about my personal firmness regarding my beliefs, come on down, I'll put the dog out and we will deal with the disagreement in the back yard. No one except the immediately involved will know.

If you want some, you got to bring some. Come on and get just what you need!
